​Mountain Valley Scouts will be selling popcorn starting September 19th!!! 

All units should conduct Popcorn Kickoff before scouts start selling popcorn!  Don't forget to have all scouts sign the safety roster!

Here is the the 2020 popcorn timeline:
​
  • 9/19  -  Popcorn sales start!
  • 10/6  -  Popcorn safety rosters/goal sheets due
  • 10/18  -  Popcorn sale ends
  • 10/20  -  Popcorn orders due by midnight​
  • 11/7  -  Popcorn pick up
  • 11/25  -  Popcorn payment and prize forms due 
  • TBD  -  Prizes mailed to units

2020 Key Points

Every unit will receive at least 30% as a baseline commission.

Fill ‘Er Up – Send completed order forms to Council for daily and weekly prizes! Fax 406-761-4480 or email [email protected].

App sales of $600 or more are entered into the Fill ‘Er Up drawings automatically!
Your unit will have the option to combine all popcorn sales together as a district so you won't have any excess popcorn to sell as a unit.  If you want to do this email Tina at [email protected]  Attend the training to find out more information!!!

Popcorn Prizes and Incentives 

Trails End Incentive – Scholarship Program - $2500 to start, then 6% of total sales after that, regardless of each year’s sales!
