Scout Week 2020

Scout week is a National Event where Scouts celebrate Scouting throughout their communities and participate in Scouting for Food. I am excited to be Mountain Valley District's Scout Week Coordinator and look forward to working with all of you to make this a success. 
Please use the forms on this page to sign-up for a Scouting for Food slot, register your Scout Window, and provide information on your Scout Sunday participation. Scouting for Food

Event date: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1ST 9AM-3 PM (Units work in 2-hour shifts and Units may opt to sign up for multiple shifts)
Sign up Deadline:  Thursday, January 9, 2020 (indicate your preferred location and corresponding time slots: *You may state your time slot preferences on the website for each respective location. Or, if you prefer, you may reach out to me directly at 406-577-6467 or [email protected] to reserve space. I will let you know if the time slot and location is available, or call you to work out an alternative if that is already full.

  • Town and Country Foods at 1611 S. 11th Ave., Bozeman
  • Town and Country Foods on 19th, Bozeman
  • Heebs in Bozeman
  • Town and Country Foods in Belgrade
  • Town and Country Foods in Livingston
Time slots for each respective location:
  • 9-11
  • 11-1
  • 1-3

Scout Windows

Window Completion Deadline: Saturday, February 1st
  • Windows must remain decorated through February 9th.
  • Judging of the windows will be completed and the winner will be announced by Monday, February 10, 2020
Sign up Deadline:  Thursday, January 9, 2020

Scout Sunday

Official Event Date: Sunday, February 2nd
*Please note, Superbowl 2020 is scheduled for 2-2-20
Though, Sunday, February 2nd is the official event date, there is flexibility with the Scout Sunday date.
