Museum of the Rockies Cub Scout Day

Date: Saturday, March 7, 2020
Time: 9:00 - 3:00 (activity stations stop at 3 pm but you can still enjoy the museum)

Reptiles: The Beautiful and the Deadly is the traveling exhibit your Scout will enjoy in addition to all the other wonderful dinosaurs and other MOR wonders. In the family-friendly reptile encounter, you will learn how to milk a viper, speak croc, and test your knowledge with Turtle Trivia or Lizard Wizard. Scout Activity Stations will be part of the adventure too! More information will be posted as those stations are confirmed.

Register EARLY as a limited number of patches are available. Cost covers activity stations, day pass for the museum, patch and planetarium visit. 

Scout uniforms are required . Non-leaders and others are welcome but full-day museum price applies. 

Any youth, Scout or otherwise, is welcome to participate in the activity stations. This is a great event and works well as a bring-a-friend introduction to Scouting.

Register here to get the advanced rate. You can pay at the MVD Scout office in person or by calling in a credit card. You can also pay at the door, and as long as you have completed this registration, you will get the $8.00 rate.

If a parent is bringing their Scout, but not coming with a leader, please fill out the form! Leaders and Scouts do need to be in some type of uniform for this event.
