Winter Camping Training

The Guide to Safe Scouting does not allow Arrow of Light Scouts go winter camping.  Troop 649 is going to put on winter camping training for both parents and scouts.  The goal is to get Cub scouts excited about winter camping and give them a taste of whats to come in Boy Scouts.
